Jenny about the artist
Jenny
shows her love of the African spaces and their influences
on her life in her landscapes, which convey the warmth of
the land and it’s open spaces. She is truly a “child of the
earth” and it shows through in her work.
Often
a painting is accompanied by a poem, and she has often said
that the writing of the poetry, inspires and determines the
pattern of the paining. Jenny works in oils on paper, and
as she grows should become a strong force in the South African
art scene.
